9 & 25 Harley Street – We do ask that payments are made upon arrival for your appointment at the reception desk. We accept all major debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners.
What if I have an outpatient appointment?
If you are having a consultation only, you will need to make this payment to the consultant’s office directly. Any tests you undergo are payable to the clinic and are separate to the consultants fees. All self-funding outpatient appointments are payable in advance or on the day of treatment.
What if I have a referral letter from my GP?
If your GP has issued a referral letter and you would like to see a consultant at Phoenix Hospital group, please contact our Bookings Team who will be able to advise on next steps 0207 079 2100
